Overview:

In this new form of continuing nursing education, the NEUSHA team has recorded a virtual BlueJeans interview with Linda Learnard,  BSN, RN, NCSN, School Nurse of Martha’s Vineyard High School, and Tania Laslovitch, LAT, ATC, Athletic Trainer at Martha’s Vineyard High School, about how they turned their health office paperless. Linda and Tania share their computer screen so participants can see how their digital filing system works, using a fictional student named Peter Pan.

  • School nurse participants will increase their knowledge of how they could implement a paperless health office using a digital filing system.
  • School nurse participants will increase their confidence in implementing and using a paperless health office.
  • School nurses will identify how a paperless health office can increase efficiency for school health services.
