Session #1  What I Carry‚ Self-Assessment as the Foundation for Managing Stress. School nurses in the United States have been thrust into a new and challenging practice environment. In addition to the Coronavirus pandemic reshaping their roles and responsibilities, their well-being may also be affected.  School nurses have been significantly impacted as they assume additional responsibilities to ensure the health of their students and staff, as well as prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and assessing potential positive cases. The uncertainty and stressors that accompany such drastic changes and new demands can affect nurses’ work and home life. This is a recorded webinar from October 7, 2020.
