2. Demonstrate knowledge of the 2020 updates to the NIH Asthma
Treatment Guidelines;
3. Apply the new guidelines to better educate and improve symptom control for students with asthma.
Presenter:
Dr. Robyn Cohen is a pediatric pulmonologist and Director of the Pediatric Asthma Program at Boston Medical Center. She is also an associate professor of pediatrics at the Boston University (BU) School of Medicine and provides clinical technical assistance to our Asthma Program here at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Dr. Cohen’s clinical expertise and research interests are focused on pediatric asthma, social determinants of health and asthma-related health disparities.
