Jenny Gormley, DNP, RN, NCSN   Jenny is one of the Directors of the Northeastern University School Health Academy and has worked in the School Health specialty since 2000, providing direct care as a per diem and elementary school nurse in two Massachusetts (MA) School districts, and as Director of Health, Nursing, and Safety at a pre-K-12 school in a third school district, managing the staff of school nurses and physical and health education teachers.  In 2015, Jenny joined Kathy Hassey at the Northeastern University to provide quality continuing education for school professionals. Jenny is a nationally certified school nurse.  She also received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Northeastern University in May 2018.

Patty McCaffrey, MSN, RN.   Patty currently serves as the Director of Health Services for Waltham Public Schools.  She received her BSN from the University of New Hampshire, and earned a MSN from Boston College.  She worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 7 years, before transitioning to School Nursing, which has kept her very busy for the past 19 years.  Patty began her School Nursing career as a “substitute” at Sherwood Middle School in Shrewsbury, eventually becoming the Nurse Leader.  Always looking for a challenge, Patty became the Metro-West Regional School Nurse Consultant before accepting her current leadership role in Waltham where she has practiced for the past 5 years. Wellness is her passion.  She’s run 4 Boston marathons on the Dana-Farber team (despite not really enjoying running) and recently has found cycling to be her most favorite activity.  Patty lives in Central MA and is the proud mom of 2 adult children, Ryan and Meg.

Ann Stillwater, MEd, RN.  Ann Stillwater began her school nursing career in 1993.  She worked as a school nurse in Ohio and Pennsylvania, in various roles including as a public health nurse also responsible for health services delivery in 14 schools.  Since August 2019, Ann is the first full-time school nurse at the Capital Area School for the Arts Charter School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  She received her Master’s Degree in Education from Cambridge College.  As a spouse, parent of grown children, and active citizen, Ann learns and teaches that healing traumas and “mistakes” leads to a deeper, richer, experience of this adventure of life.
