Overview:This is a recorded webinar from October 22, 2020. Dr. David Luzzi from Northeastern University discusses COVID tests choices and testing processes, Dr. Nate Horowitz-Willis discusses COVID in regards to social determinants of health, and 4 school nurses (Sheila Caldwell, New Jersey: Lisa Kern, Florida: Linda Corridan, Wellesley Public Schools, and Adria Pavletic, Private school in MA) discuss their experiences and challenges in planning and providing testing in their schools.

Objectives:
As a result of this educational activity, participants will be able to:
- Name benefits and challenges for regular screening of college-aged students
- Describe 2 types of COVID-19 testing
- Identify which test(s) has/have the greatest accuracy based on administration, sample type (e.g. nasal, sputum), and sensitivity/specificity
- Identify resources needed for a successful testing process at the university level; recommendations for PreK-12 grade schools
- Describe models of testing that are being used in PreK – 12-grade schools
- Identify benefits and risks for testing in PreK-12 grade schools
- Describe the successes and challenges of schools currently testing
