Presenter:
Jennifer Norton has 28 years of nursing experience, starting as an EMT and working in ER, trauma care, and over 15 years as a school nurse in various settings. She has been actively involved in nursing education as a teaching and research assistant, instructor, and clinical preceptor. A longtime member of Pennsylvania Association of School Nurses and Practitioners and NASN, Jennifer is also a national presenter for Focus of the Framework.
Amber Abreu is the Director of Student Services and English Language Development at Lebanon School District. With 17 years of urban education experience, she has specialized in ELD and educational leadership. She started as an ELD teacher in the School District of Lancaster, later becoming the Coordinator of ELD and World Language. Amber holds PA teaching certifications in Secondary English, K-12 ESL, K-12 Principal, a Master’s in Education, and is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership.
